Victoria's Secret: Runway Butt

So I was looking for videos of the recent Victoria's secret fashion show and stumbled upon this.



This one's called, Train Like an Angel: Runway Butt. Candice makes it look so easy and she's a joy to watch! So easy on the eyes!

There also other VS training workouts in youtube for working out your core, doing cardio, trimming your thighs. It dawned on me that even these models have to workout to get that runway ready body and that I should probably stop whining about putting on weight and start working out. Tomorrow. Or next week.
